Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree LPN
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Certificate of completion of Dementia and Mental Health specialty training required within 90 days of hire
- Supportive Care SJR staff: Nurse Delegation Certificate upon hire
- 2 years Post-license nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with older adults
