RN - Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Swedish Ballard. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Float Pool Nurse or in a similar role.
- National certification in a relevant specialty.
