About the Position:

Stepping into the role of Security Risk Analyst involves influencing the development and execution of a cutting-edge program in its early stages. This role is part of the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) team within the Information Technology & Automation Systems (ITAS) department. The Security Risk Analyst will focus on enhancing an IT risk management program to effectively balance risk, compliance, and cost in alignment with the company's business objectives and ITAS strategy.
  • Play a key role in shaping the IT Risk Management Program through policy and standards development, implementation, and GRC platform configuration
  • Conduct thorough system risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls
  • Analyze risks during system changes or assessments and ensure currency of system configurations
  • Identify system vulnerabilities, prepare security control gap analyses, and address identified weaknesses
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage risks effectively for new projects
  • Update security documentation, provide risk management input, and support risk posture improvements
Your Contributions to the Role:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security, Risk Management, or related fields
  • Bring at least 4 years of experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity
  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, GRC platforms, and security management frameworks
  • Possess knowledge of security architectures, data security, and vulnerability assessment tools
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to balance risk reduction and business performance
  • Conduct impact assessments and interpret vulnerability scanner results
