Job Summary:
We are in search of a proficient Manager specializing in Production for Web3 encompassing MetaVerse, NFTs, and other digital products to join our Broadcast and Events Production team. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational abilities to manage internal and external tasks efficiently, maintain timelines, and oversee budgets effectively. Additionally, they should have comprehensive knowledge of production, broadcast, event, and Web3 workflows, demonstrating adaptability and creativity. The role requires experience in handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, working well under pressure, exhibiting exceptional organizational and time management skills, embracing feedback, and collaborating effectively within project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Web 3 product, design, and engineering teams to define project scope and develop a plan for execution adhering to product release cycles.
  • Oversee and prioritize the overall product release roadmap, ensuring clear specifications for features, enhancements, and bugs.
  • Facilitate communication across global cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead research and development efforts with the Triller Web3 team for all productions.
  • Manage financial arrangements with vendors/partners to initiate production processes smoothly.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, overseeing expenses for personnel, locations, and equipment utilized.
  • Interact with internal and external partners to ensure project financial viability and resolve any production issues efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of production equipment and establish relationships with suppliers when additional equipment is required.
  • Prepare daily production reports and collaborate with producers on shooting schedules and crew recruitment.
  • Scout locations for shoots and assess availability for production needs.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup, entertainment, or media environment.
  • Experience supervising small teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with current social and digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Commitment to excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Mobility to stand, walk, sit, and utilize tools and equipment.
  • Dexterity to use a computer keyboard extensively.
  • Visual acuity and ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
