Job DescriptionJob Description

Hanes Geo Components (HGC) is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive our Northern Indiana territory. HGC is a national supplier of geotextiles, erosion control and stormwater products, and construction site/soil stabilization materials. Products are sold to both distributors and contractors.

The Outside Sales role is fast-paced, and it involves building and maintaining current relationships, seeking new business opportunities, and closing sales. Base salary with a quarterly commission.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Qualified applicants must have proven sales and leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry.
