We are currently looking for a talented Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our team and play a significant role in vital projects. Position Summary: As a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will have a pivotal role within our business execution department. Working closely with various teams such as CB Lending Transformation product groups, Front Line Risk and Control, CB Operations, Risk, and Finance, you will be responsible for identifying, articulating, and implementing data solutions that support key business initiatives and manage risks effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our business execution objectives while ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Subject Matter Expertise:** Act as a primary data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.
- **Data Transformation and Remediation:** Take the lead in executing and delivering data transformational and remediation tasks, collaborating closely with LOB Product team(s) like Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, as well as LOB leaders in the Lending domain of CB and CIB.
- **Regulatory Data Product Backlog:** Engage in refining, prioritizing, and pre-planning Regulatory Data Product Backlog activities, partnering with the product manager and stakeholders to determine the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level goals for the backlog.
- **E2E Data Supply Chain:** Streamline the end-to-end data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for critical regulatory reporting (e.g., FRY 14Q, FR 2052a), ensuring no disruptions to these essential commitments during conversion/transformation.
- **Vision and Leadership:** Offer vision, leadership, and industry expertise on intricate enterprise-wide strategies that have a significant impact on the organization's business and financial operations.
- **Strategic Initiatives:** Develop and oversee strategic initiatives, leveraging strong analytical abilities, in-depth knowledge of Business Execution, and a global business perspective.
