Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Project Management
  • Strong PM skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knack for creating clear and engaging learning materials.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in creating unique e-learning learning experiences and content for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks related to learning content.
  • Skill in generating alternative solutions and expertly overcoming obstacles.
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    What You Will Be Doing
    • Lead cross functional team to strategize, plan, and execute a department wide training summit that will deliver, in-person training in multiple US cities, and deliver virtual training globally.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts gather accurate and comprehensive information for training content.
    • Promote best practices for knowledge sharing and retention across the organization.
    • Develop learning strategies with clearly defined goals and measurable results.
    • Be a change agent and help to create and foster a culture of authenticity, belonging, and excellence within the Legal Department.
    • Manage and prioritize competing strategies and adjust, as necessary.
    • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges related to business execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
    • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
    • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
    • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
    • Strategically engage with client personnel.
