How youll make an impact:

The Analyst, Product Data is responsible for optimizing and distributing supplementary data across the Supply Chain to make informed decisions to maximize initiatives across the enterprise. The role reports into the Sr Manager, Product Data and is based in our Atlanta, GA office in hybrid work environment.

60% Analysis and Reporting

  • Establish and publish repeatable product development KPI reporting
  • Support ad hoc product data and product development analysis for Supply Chain teams
  • Gather insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved
  • Assist with updating and enforcing policies and procedures for hierarchy changes, reclasses, and other related product data
  • Work with key stakeholders to monitor and improve data integrity and document internal policies and procedures as needed
  • Escalate issues regarding data integrity issues with master data policies
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and workstreams as needed
  • Participate in all aspects of follow up with internal business partners, i.e. email communication and meetings
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to all levels of the organization required
  • Possess strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Propose creative solutions and work through problems in a team setting
  • Ability to work independently and interpret supervisor direction in a fast-paced environment

40% Process & System Support

  • Assist with the maintenance of current process documentation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain issues log and propose creative solutions to issues that come up in process documentation and training
  • Create and maintain process training documentation
  • Manage logistics for both system and process training
  • Liaise with IT and business community as needed to identify and trouble issues
  • Assist with the resolution of data integrity issues
  • Escalate issues to management as needed

  • Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool strongly preferred

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of apparel product development lifecycle Ability to work in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in product development or supply chain
