Duties
  • Serve as Project Manager for the overall management, control, coordination and execution of specified projects for DoDEA.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, set-up and report all activity projects.
  • Provide technical support, staff assistance and determine the number of personnel required to successfully complete project requirements.
  • Provide in-depth scheduling and planning using Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Independently identify complex project issues, risks or problems in assigned projects.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). For the GS-12 Grade Level: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes coordinating projects for the organization to include: assisting with executing specified projects, assisting with developing policies and procedures and assisting with evaluating improvement processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

For the GS-13 Grade Level: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes administering and coordinating projects for the organization to include: coordinating and executing specified projects, developing policies and procedures and evaluating improvement processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
