Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh area who is hiring a temporary Pharmaceutical Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity working 1 st shift Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch.
  • Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to manage goods and materials throughout the facility.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory data and ensure the accuracy of records.
  • Conduct inventory assessments and to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or similar inventory control systems is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding and adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
