Wage:
Starting at 80k annually based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, coordination, and maintaining of the estimating system, meeting minutes and job communication
- Ensure all project documents and reports are completed accurately, completely, and professionally.
- Oversee all project activities to achieve quality and quantity of work. This includes on-site training, scheduling, and setting goals.
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental regulations set by the company and authorities.
- Supervise project activities to assure compliance with specifications and requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to interpret construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Keep in touch with customers to elevate relations and the company's image
- Identify new opportunities for customer and product growth
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet specifications and customer needs
- Plan project schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager

Education:
- High School diploma with construction management training
- Understanding of structure fabrication and installation for addressing customer requirements
- Proficiency in business software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong ethical compass aligning with Core Values
- Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
