Full-Time, Monday - Friday
No Nights, No Weekends

Please note:
This is a full-time, permanent (18 months+) position. This is not a part-time, seasonal, or summer opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for providers(s) by accurately documenting patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, and medical opinions of consultants
  • Interact with your provider to capture accurate diagnoses, pharmacy prescriptions and patient followup instructions
  • Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information
  • Prepare and send all documentation to provider for review and approval
  • Assist providers in obtaining lab and radiology results to help guide their patient care
  • Follow the progress of labs, imaging studies, and other real time patient data
  • Perform a variety of other nonclinical tasks dependent on your provider's requests
  • Understand basic documentation requirements for the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases (ICD10)
  • Ensure compliance on all national and local patient privacy laws (HIPAA), and adhere to company's compliance requirements, policies, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-Time, Monday
  • Friday availability
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy preferred

Pay:
$15.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
