What You'll Be Doing
Working under the supervision of the Senior Coordinator, the Prevention Coordinator will develop and execute the Hudson County Community Action Plan. Additionally, they will represent the county in the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault committee focusing on preventing sexual violence.
- Coordinate program scheduling
- Manage inventory of supplies
- Track and monitor program activities
- Provide necessary services to clients and receive proper supervision and training
- Maintain facility, personnel files, manuals, and equipment safety to meet Joint Commission standards
- Prepare contracts and agreements
- Cultivate positive relationships with funders and lead in funding site visits
- Generate required reports for funders, hospital, and regulatory agencies
- Participate in department and staff meetings
- Collaborate with management and grants staff on program and fiscal reports
- Assist in various functions as directed by management
- Coordinate and oversee agency booths at local community events
What We're Looking For
- Full Time/Day shift
- Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Women's Studies, or related field required. 2-4 years of relevant experience
