Job Purpose:

Responsible for the complete and accurate billing process and patient charges in accordance with Business Office procedures as it pertains to Accounts Receivables.

Upon successful completion and training at MNGI's NE Minneapolis Corporate office, there may be an opportunity to transition to remote work.

This is a full-time position, scheduled M-F. The starting rate of pay for this position is between $19.55-$22.48/hour.

Where an applicant may fall on the salary range will vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience and education.

Revenue Processing Team:
Responsible for the preparation and posting of all insurance payments and adjustments received dailyBalancing payments/adjustments and running daily reports to ensure accuracyRead and understand paper remittances, scan, and manually post insurance paymentsSubmit electronic claims to insurance companies for reimbursement and mail out any paper claimsCorrect any coordination of benefits denials from our clearinghouse vendorSort and distribute mail to other departments

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in a business office/billing setting.

While performing the duties of this position,the employee works in an office environment. The employee is exposed to a computer monitor daily.
