Your Role


As an Entry-Level Business Analyst at The Bridges, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making and enhance organizational efficiency.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of business analysis.


Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects or initiatives.

Process Mapping:
Document current business processes and workflows, and identify areas for optimization or automation.

Report Generation:
Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate issues and discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and recommend solutions.

Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating and managing projects, including organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct testing and validation of software applications and business processes to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.


Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to facilitate successful implementation and adoption.

Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Solid understanding of data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
Experience with data visualization tools and libraries
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Prior experience or projects in data science or related fields is a plus.
