Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the financial services department of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their inquiries and concerns


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are being met


• Prepare and present financial plans to clients based on their individual needs and goals


• Collaborate with insurance agents to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial services


• Stay updated on industry changes and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations


• Monitor and track client accounts, investments, and insurance policies


• Process and manage paperwork related to clients' financial transactions


• Assist clients with claims and policy changes as needed


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial services activities

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial services role


• Active license in life and health insurance


• Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $40.000 to $53,000 yearly
