Responsibilities:
This is a Multi-Facility, HR Director Position
We are looking for our next Human Resources Director who will be responsible for the day to day HR Operations at St.
As our next Director of Human Resources you will actively be involved in developing policies and procedures while interacting with Local and Corporate Leadership.
You will formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Serve as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.We're looking for someone who has great communication skills, is not afraid to speak up, has a very strong generalist background and is used to being challenged along the way.
We're looking for someone with previous Healthcare experience, preferably with an acute care hospital.
As you would expect, your team is responsible for Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Business Performance Management and Onboarding.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
Bachelors degree required or at least 10 years of related experience.
Masters degree preferred.
Five (5) years in healthcare / hospital setting required.
Minimum of 5 years in hospital management experience required.
Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
Knowledge of state and federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards.
Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months and maintain current.
