The Position:

Live Nation needs a CRM Associate to oversee the operations and implementation of Ticketmaster's multi-channel CRM campaigns, encompassing email and push notifications.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a curiosity for data, and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities involve supervising the execution of daily email and push campaigns, analyzing outcomes, presenting crucial insights to stakeholders, and serving as the primary contact for client facing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end implementation of daily email and push marketing campaigns for Ticketmaster
  • Manage the email request intake process
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to troubleshoot challenges and propose solutions
  • Aid in creating and assessing monthly and ad-hoc reports to enhance future campaign performance
  • Update and share marketing documentation decks with TM/Live Nation business stakeholders
  • Develop expertise in CRM execution and reporting platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, DOMO, Google Analytics)


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Proficient in working with an enterprise-level ESP, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills and aptitude for collaborative work
  • Technical proficiency and creative thinking ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel

Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of HTML programming and HTML editors
  • Experience in graphic design or basic MySQL knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Experience with SMS and web push campaigns
  • Passion for live events
