We are on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven individual to enhance our patient care team as a full-time Patient Care Concierge.

In this vital role, you will act as the face of our brand, making a significant first impression on prospective patients while providing steadfast support to our clinical staff.

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with major holidays off, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.


Main Responsibilities:

Perform basic clinical support tasks and administrative work to support the overall clinical team.


Handle payments, invoices, and patient records while using multiple platforms such as Outlook, Vonage, and an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Schedule new and previous patients for appointments.

Communicate with clients, employees, and others to answer questions, explain information, schedule patients, and address any concerns.

Providing patients with information about our services, industry-leading expertise, and the advantages to our unique approach to care.

Maintaining the clinic flow for the days Dr.

Turek is in office by calling patients before arrival to make sure they're on time, organizing the schedule, and using best clinical judgement.

Taking vitals of patients that come into office.

Requirements:

Strong phone and communication skills i.e. diction, active listening

High school diploma required

Able to multi-task while efficiently managing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism

High performer with a track record of over-achievement

Experience in hospitality, customer service, and administrative work

Ability to build rapport with prospective patients while communicating in person and remotely

Must be courteous and respectful to prospective patients from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds (e.g., international patients)

Professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent follow-up performance and ability to articulate technical and medical information to prospective clients

Tech savvy, experience with CRM and EHR systems preferred, and an ability to quickly learn and work with our EHR and CRM software

Must be bottom-line oriented with an ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass background and drug screening tests

Must be able to type 55-65 WPM

Strongly Preferred:

Associates in marketing, sales, business, communications, medical or similar

6-12 months of medical reception experience

Medical Assistant certification/experience

Experience in medical field or conversion optimization in a cash-pay environment

Experience in men's health or adjacencies such as plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or dentistry
