In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals on their mental health journey by assisting them in accessing government aid, securing housing opportunities, and providing essential support for their recovery.

Your work will have a meaningful impact on those battling severe mental illness.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $19 with flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Compensation:
$19 hourly

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
Assist clients in accessing and utilizing community resources, including mental health services, housing programs, and government benefits
Advocate for clients' rights and needs within various systems, including healthcare, social services and legal services
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and service providers to coordinate comprehensive care
Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategies
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Hold a valid driver's license and maintain transportation with automobile insurance coverage.
Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold client confidentiality
Meet productivity standards consistently
Maintain excellent attendance records

Qualifications:
Familiarity with and adherence to HIPAA regulations
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Proactive approach and ability to anticipate client needs
Demonstrates sound judgment and accuracy in decision-making
Displays passion for the work and maintains a positive attitude
Takes personal responsibility for actions, keeps commitments, and seeks/offers help when needed
Exhibits professional appearance and hygiene in line with workplace culture
For candidates with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, at least one year of experience in a direct service capacity (e.g., after-school program, nursing home, mental health, client advocacy) is required About Company
