Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel.

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any questions or requests
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot food items
  • Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a consistent supply for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash bins
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
  • Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
  • Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the breakfast area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to keep the breakfast area clean and wellmaintained
