We are a high-end, high volume cannabis retailer dedicated to providing a premium and personalized experience for our clientele. With a commitment to excellence, quality, and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our flagship store in the heart of New York City.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our innovative cannabis store, maximizing sales and order size, ensuring that operating procedures are tightly followed, ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance with regulations, and overall business success. You will play a key role in creating an efficient, welcoming environment for our customers while driving revenue and maintaining a strong team culture.

Customer Experience:

Uphold the brand's commitment to providing an engaged premium and personalized customer experience. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales hits revenue targets.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities and Operational Leadership:

Manage and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high volume retail industry.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

· Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to a high-end customer experience.

· Willing to learn In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends, as well as a strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis retail.

Education and Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
