We're looking for a caring Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice nursing care to patients in their homes across several counties in Missouri: Christian, Dade, Greene, Polk, Taney, Webster, Douglas, Howell, Ozark, and Stone. This is a full-time position with an attractive $10,000 retention bonus available for full-time employees.
- Experience true work/life balance with flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules
- Provide 1:1 direct care in client homes
- Receive hands-on training combined with virtual learning
- Benefit from 24/7 clinical support within a larger interdisciplinary care team
- Travel to various clients' homes to administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
- Monitor clients' conditions and follow doctors' orders
- Participate in occasional on-call duties after hours and/or weekends
- No prior hospice experience necessary, but welcomed
