We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst (or Senior Analyst) to join the Finance Team to support the newly created SSG Division (Software & Security Group), based in Wilmington, MA.

This is a highly dynamic, exciting, and critical position. The role requires great attention to detail, accuracy, process oriented, independent/creative thinking, and has excellent communication skills.

The candidate must possess ability to operate in a start-up like environment, often juggle multiple priorities & working through ambiguity.

Must have strong business acumen & analytical skills, working knowledge of GAAP, robust Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills, enterprise software (SAP), forecasting tools (Anaplan) and business intelligence tools (similar to QlikView or PowerBI).


Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business to create & maintain Opex/Revenue/Cost Allocation forecasting models
Provide financial guidance to management and work with the teams to help ensure efficient business processes and strong operational results
Drive influence & partner with Finance teams & business partners related to Revenue/Opex/Capex plans
Support & Facilitate quarterly full P&L forecasting process and presentation material for the group in collaboration with internal business key stakeholders and corporate/GBU FP&A

Fiscal responsibility for all aspects of the groups including revenue forecasting, quantitative analysis, developing and reporting on business metrics, driving R&D efficiency and accountability, etc.

Must be a self-starter & take a proactive "thinking outside the box" approach
Support of ad hoc requests & initiatives for finance & BU

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred major/minor)
5+ years of experience; must demonstrate extensive knowledge & subject matter expert in relevant/owned areas (especially Budgeting & Project Financials)
Seasoned in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) & PowerPoint
Experience in building analytical models, reports/dashboards
Strong understanding & foundation of P&L, Revenue Recognition, and other financial statements
A team-player and should be curious/have an attitude to learn, help, grow, & guide
Has collaborated with other organizations such as FP&A, PMO/Operations, Engineering, HR, Marketing and various internal teams
