They assist in the development and implementation of effective best practices. Their expertise also extends to negotiating with unions or work councils, ensuring amicable resolutions and mutually beneficial outcomes. The team helps protect companies by developing and implementing strong workplace policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and written and document discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred.
