If you are a proficient Litigation Attorney with a background in jury trials, conducting depositions, managing intricate motion practices, and negotiating settlements, this role could be an excellent fit for you. The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, which includes bonuses, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions. We cover all bar dues and CLE fees, and relocation assistance may be available.

$120,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of at least 40 cases with meticulous attention to detail
  • Lead the dedicated support staff assigned to your cases to ensure smooth operations
  • Thoroughly analyze legal scenarios and devise strategic plans to effectively meet clients' needs
  • Direct litigation strategies and represent clients in both state and federal courts
  • Draft legal documents with precision and conduct extensive legal research to strengthen cases
  • Conduct depositions and mediations, serving as lead counsel in trials and arbitrations with assurance
Qualifications:
  • This candidate may work remotely but will be required to travel frequently for meetings and hearings as necessary.
  • Skilled in effective communication during high-pressure situations, particularly when managing emotions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and procedures
  • Able to navigate challenging situations with patience and diplomacy
  • Must have experience as lead counsel in jury trials
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Comfortable utilizing technology in legal practice
  • Strong commitment to assisting clients during difficult times and improving their circumstances
  • Possess exceptional negotiation skills, quick thinking, and confidence in a courtroom environment
  • Willingness to travel for mediations and depositions as required
  • Additional licensure is preferred but not mandatory
