Location: Dobbs Ferry, NY (Westchester County)

Essential Functions:
  • Ensure patients understand their treatment plan.
  • Present financial options to patients to facilitate treatment acceptance.
  • Determine dental benefit eligibility limitations and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements.
  • Ensuring that patients are scheduled properly and effectively.
  • Ensure patients are up to date with financial arrangements.
  • Review aging treatment reports.
  • Proactively communicate with back office
