POSITION SUMMARY
Describe the status of cleaned rooms. Use checklists to report cleanliness of each assigned area. Fill out Housekeeping paperwork. Determine room assignments and cleaning needed. Inspect guest rooms post-cleaning. Respond quickly to guest and department requests. Enter guest rooms following access procedures.

Help in hiring, training, scheduling, assessing, counseling, and motivating employees. Act as a role model.Follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, incidents, or injuries; complete safety training and get certifications; properly store flammable materials. Ensure clean and professional appearance; uphold confidentiality of company information; safeguard company assets. Acknowledge and assist all guests according to company standards; meet guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; show genuine appreciation to guests. Maintain quality standards; suggest new ways to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues; support team goals; address concerns of other employees. Use clear and professional language.

Lift, move, and place objects up to 55 lbs unassisted and over 55 lbs with help. Push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces. Reach, bend, twist, etc. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods. Handle objects of varying weights; operate computers and/or point of sale systems. Verify and interpret written documents visually. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
