We are looking for a Housekeeping Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service consistently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining clean rooms and meeting guest needs
  • Follow Housekeeping Guidelines for daily room cleaning
  • Check room fixtures and equipment for proper functioning
  • Report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Perform general cleaning tasks daily and change linens and curtains as required
  • Keep track of cleaned rooms on daily report
  • Clean and restock cleaning cart daily
  • Maintain cleanliness of cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner
  • Operate laundry equipment and keep public areas clean
