Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects from beginning to end in Washington and Oregon.

Compensation:
$85K-100K

Shift:
Monday-Friday

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all project team members
  • Perform safety walk inspections
  • Review technical drawings, blueprints, contracts
  • Perform all aspects of bidding for projects
  • Process design directives

Project Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ year's of commercial construction experience
  • 2+ year's of project management
  • Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques
  • Working knowledge and understanding of contracts, plans, and specifications
  • Successfully navigate job- costs, schedules, and estimates
  • People person; create and maintain client relations
  • MS Office, MS Project
