Our fast growing team has lots of leads We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools, marketing and administrative support. Compensation:

$75,000 first year earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • First step is showing up for the new career you will be creating
Qualifications:
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • MN Real Estate license required (or acquiring)
