An Associates degree in Welding or Fabrication from a credited Technical College or - 3 years of equivalent welding/work experience is preferred.
Previous related mechanical, manufacturing or construction experience is ideal. A strong mechanical aptitude with a high degree for attention to detail and quality is a definite plus.The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
