To be successful in this position, you will need:

A High School degree or GED is required.

An Associates degree in Welding or Fabrication from a credited Technical College or 1 – 3 years of equivalent welding/work experience is preferred.

Previous related mechanical, manufacturing or construction experience is ideal. A strong mechanical aptitude with a high degree for attention to detail and quality is a definite plus.

The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
