Client Manager

With a deep knowledge of health and welfare plan benefits and carriers, the Client Manager acts as a crucial link between Clients, Carriers, and the Client Service Team. **Responsibilities** include:
- Reviewing RFPs and preparing them
- Analyzing utilization reports, carrier reports, and claims data
- Ensuring timely delivery of plan information and materials to clients
- Guiding and mentoring Benefit Analysts
- Presenting financial measures and renewal outcomes to clients
- Conducting employee open enrollment meetings
- Resolving client issues and concerns
**Requirements** include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid life and disability license in California
- Ability to travel to client sites
**Work Environment**: Ability to use computer keyboard and sit for extended periods. Travel to client sites required, occasionally staying out of town.
The Client Manager role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $128,000, based on various factors. Additionally, performance-based incentives may apply. The total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, and 401K savings, among other benefits.
