What You'll Do

  • Implement Salesforce solutions encompassing Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and MuleSoft platform
  • Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project environments, creating Salesforce Solution designs, offering technical guidance to developers, and collaborating with client feature owners
  • Provide technical leadership by ensuring adherence to best practices within the Salesforce projects, managing system testing, technical documentation, deployment activities, and more
  • Lead the translation of functional requirements into technical specifications, estimation of user stories, capacity planning, and close coordination with Project Managers for scope finalization
  • Conduct gap analysis on functional/business requirements, suggest necessary changes aligned with Salesforce product stack and architecture in consultation with stakeholders
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications utilizing REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On
  • Manage migration of changes between environments using CI technologies such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and ANT
  • Define code review processes, conduct independent code reviews, and ensure compliance with coding standards for self and junior team members
  • Address risks, issues, and dependencies effectively while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients to resolve technical and functional gaps
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the production system promptly
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to incorporate continuous technical enhancements in the Product Line roadmap
  • Work closely with other Product Anchors to streamline complexity, improve service interoperability, and make key design decisions
  • Ensure engineering excellence by adhering to best practices and quality standards across the product group
  • Clearly articulate technology strategy and vision to team members and stakeholders
  • Foster innovation and agility with a user-centric approach

Required Skills:

  • Over 9 years of experience in Salesforce implementations focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in Technical Architect responsibilities covering Conceptual Data model, Logic Data model, High-level Design, and Low-Level Design
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design, development, and integration (Sales & Service)
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading solution design, architecture, and delivery for large-scale projects
  • Ability to engage directly with client stakeholders and business users to analyze requirements
  • Strong prioritization skills, deadline management, and ability to deliver consistently
  • Familiarity with Apex, Lightning/LWC, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to non-Salesforce teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile Development methodologies
  • Previous exposure to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Knowledge of Automotive Cloud or other Industry Cloud solutions
  • Experience in leading technical teams
  • Salesforce Certifications
