Exterior painting company is looking for a Full Time Production Manager to join our team at Rhino Shield of Chicagoland Experience in industry is beneficial but not a must have.

We offer weekly salary and monthly bonuses, company vehicle, paid business expenses, paid cell phone, health insurance available after trial period. Yearly income 60+K.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Planning and scheduling painting project start date.
  • Monitoring workmanship to ensure quality.
  • Assist contractors in problem solving.
  • Develop and complete "punch list" items.
  • Handle maintenance issues for past projects, as they arise.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the installation process-updating them with progress, anticipating and addressing concerns, making sure of successful job completion.
  • Reviewing and submitting invoices for payments.
  • Material preparation at the warehouse. (Mixing paint etc.)

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the exterior painting industry is preferred, but not required
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
  • Must have great customer service
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a supervisory and/or managerial position
