DUTIES

Landscaping and Lawn Care:

  • Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain neat and attractive appearance.
  • Prune shrubs, trees, and plants to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
  • Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds to ensure cleanliness.

Maintenance and Repair:

  • Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Identify and address any landscaping issues, such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems.

Handyman and Carpentry (Bonus Skills):

  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the property, such as fixing fences, gates, and garden structures.
  • Perform basic carpentry work, including building and repairing outdoor features like decks, patios, and sheds.
  • Conduct general handyman tasks as required to support property upkeep.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with property management team to report any issues or suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment.
  • Handyman and basic carpentry skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
