DUTIES

1. Landscaping and Lawn Care:

- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain neat and attractive appearance.
- Prune shrubs, trees, and plants to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds to ensure cleanliness.

2. Maintenance and Repair:

- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Identify and address any landscaping issues, such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems.

3. Handyman and Carpentry (Bonus Skills):

- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the property, such as fixing fences, gates, and garden structures.
- Perform basic carpentry work, including building and repairing outdoor features like decks, patios, and sheds.
- Conduct general handyman tasks as required to support property upkeep.

4. Other Responsibilities:

- Communicate with property management team to report any issues or suggest improvements.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and local regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment.
- Handyman and basic carpentry skills are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
