The Field Application Engineer role plays a crucial part in providing technical support to the sales team, driving business growth for our Business Development division. This position involves collaborating with customers' engineering, procurement, and quality departments, as well as internal teams, to recommend and back various electronics projects with Radiall's top-notch products in key industries like defense, aerospace, and telecom.


  • Foster strong technical relationships with key clients
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in technical discussions to define customer needs
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and seize business opportunities
  • Offer product training to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
  • Resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements for Success


  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident per ITAR regulations
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience with RF/ARINC/38999 components is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work at the Tempe, AZ office
