Compensation details:

  • In compliance with California law, the anticipated salary range for this position is disclosed. Actual compensation will be based on experience and other lawful considerations.

Role Overview:

This role primarily involves overseeing quality assurance systems and providing feedback to service delivery staff for necessary improvements. Collaboration with supervisors and management is key to ensuring the accuracy of client documentation and records.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing all documentation submitted to mental health client records, such as intake documents, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and more
  • Conducting document reviews, offering feedback on corrections, and collaborating with the Quality Assurance Director
  • Working closely with service delivery staff and various levels of management to ensure compliance with contracts
  • Participating in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) processes and meetings, contributing data and progress updates
  • Attending county provider and Quality Assurance meetings, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintaining professional rapport and communication with colleagues and personnel both internally and externally
  • Remaining updated on licensure requirements, education criteria, and best practices through ongoing training
