Job Summary- The Program Director will offer leadership and direction to our Life Choices program, which aims to enhance personal development and community engagement opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Responsibilities include overseeing the hiring, supervision, and training of all Life Choices staff, conducting weekly team meetings, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive support.
This is a full-time 40-hour position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The role will be based at our Beverly Day Program.
Benefits- Salary increase after one year, pending performance evaluation.
- 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick leave, and 12 holidays.

- Providing leadership to staff through regular supervision, training, and managing employee relations.
- Securing referrals for program expansion and establishing strong relationships with participants, families, and community resources.
- Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical and programmatic needs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Representing the program at relevant meetings and overseeing case management systems.
- Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Three or more years of direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable CORI report, and clear fingerprinting results are mandatory.
