As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Elara Caring you will:

Deliver Tailored Physical Therapy Interventions:


Provide direct physical therapy interventions following the guidance of the physical therapist and aligning with the physician's care plan, ensuring precision in execution.

  • Become the guiding force behind patients' recovery stories. Direct and assist them through an array of therapeutic exercises - active, passive, muscle reeducation, gait training, functional exercises, and prosthetic guidance-a symphony of rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.

*Chronicle Transformations, Report Real-Time:
  • Step into the role of a vigilant observer. Monitor patient progress diligently, ensuring swift communication with the care team. Meticulously document the nuanced shifts in a patient's condition, weaving a Real Time narrative of their healing journey.
*What You Bring:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
  • 6+ months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred
  • Currently Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state
