Exciting opportunity for an NNP to join a well-established team of eight neonatologists and two pediatric hospitalists providing services for multiple nurseries in the Rio Grande Valley.


  • Cover level II NICU in Weslaco, TX with the ability to rotate through level III NICU
  • Level-III units feature state-of-art capabilities including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide capabilities
  • 24-hour shifts
  • 4-5 hours of round and go model
  • Block scheduling
