Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in our state-of-the-art NICU facilities.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care to patients in our level II and III NICUs
  • Collaborate with our team of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
