Duties: We're looking for a committed full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional services in an educational environment. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students challenged by speech, language, voice, and fluency issues. You'll work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and execute tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student's specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint speech and language disorders.
  • Create and execute customized treatment strategies.
  • Offer therapy sessions that meet each student's needs.
  • Track and record student advancements.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to promote student achievements.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and aid in setting educational targets.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure and certification as mandated by Texas.
  • Prior experience in an academic setting would be advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently within a diverse team.
