Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

SUMMARY OF POSITION
:This role will develop, implement, and provide supervision of comprehensive drug therapy management. Provides education, mentoring and coaching for staff development. Participates in departmental and hospital programs directed at improving patient care standards. Oversees all clinical activities of the department and attends multidisciplinary committee meetings and rounds at the discretion of leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required. Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required. Three (3) years of related experience required.WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
