This practice site is a fast-paced ambulatory environment for Urology and Surgical specialty services.
The Department of Urology comprises the majority of clinic activity with additional surgical specialties offering a host of services to include Colorectal, Minimally Invasive, Transplant and Trauma Services.
In partnership with the Outpatient Director and Medical Director, this position is responsible for the practice management, operations and coordination of the day-to-day business activities for this site.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, supervision, discipline and staff development as well as monitoring of the budget developing policies and procedures, both new employee orientation and ongoing education of staff, and the management of quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost efficiency and the patient experience on an on-going basis.
This practice site is comprised of Urology and specialty surgical services with Urology accounting for over 65 percent of clinical activity and offering a full range of care and procedures for all urological needs.
Colorectal, Minimally Invasive, Transplant and Trauma Services all offer care services at this location.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Five (5) years of related experience required.
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Previous ambulatory experience preferred.
Surgical or procedure based nursing experience, including Urology.
