As a Client Service Representative, you will:

  • Promptly answer incoming phone lines while keeping a friendly and calm demeanor in a very fast paced environment
  • Immediately assess each owner's need, while gathering information to determine their pet's condition
  • Act as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, Doctors and Vet Techs while being able to communicate effectively with them
  • Accurately maintain patient records and promptly send copies to the referring veterinarian after patient discharge
  • Accurately take messages and relay information to appropriate parties. Return client calls with doctor recommendations as appropriate.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone and in type
  • Maintaining a calm and professional attitude towards animal owners that are experiencing stress due to their pets injuries
  • Doing their part to be a valued team member with all employees
  • Some veterinary and/or human health service experience preferred
  • 9 or 12 hour overnight shifts available. Some weekends and holidays are required

Pay:
$ $24.50 per hour
