Member Services Representative:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and farewell members/guests with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Address the needs of members/guests promptly with efficient customer service in a fast-paced setting
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information
  • Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle prospective member inquiries and tours to determine their needs
  • Accurately process retail transactions and work towards sales targets
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the club and equipment during the shift
  • Offer clear and friendly explanations of business procedures and policies

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills with 6-12 months of face-to-face interaction experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take the lead with minimal guidance
  • Punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Clearance of a background check
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification before employment and maintain it thereafter
Physical Demands of the

Member Services Representative:

  • Standing and walking throughout the club for the duration of the shift
  • Frequent verbal communication for information exchange
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks
  • Bending, twisting, and reaching to fulfill duties
