The Billings Area Regional Vice President / County Manager oversees the operations of 5 offices and Title Production employees to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate production of title, escrow, and ancillary products and services. This role is crucial for marketing plans with a high priority on sales, administration, personnel management, risk assessment, compliance, and office profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, responsibility, positivity, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. Requirements include a college certificate or relevant experience, previous marketing/sales plan execution, excellent Customer Service, Notary Public, Producers License, effective communication, and organizational and decision-making skills. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.

Responsibilities involve personnel management, operational expertise, industry compliance, fiscal decisions, business development, customer base growth, collaboration with Corporate Management, regular attendance, and projecting a positive image to peers and customers.
